COMPANY HISTORY

East Tennessee Realty Services is a locally owned and operated Real Estate and Auction Firm.  The company was established by Roy Roderick in 1995. Roy began his real estate career in 1977 where he worked for and managed the office of Strout Realty of Greeneville. In 1981 brother Ralph joined with Roy. In 2004 Ralph Roderick purchased the company from Roy and is now the "Principal Broker for the firm. This family-oriented company has proudly served the East Tennessee area with all aspects of a buyer's and seller's real estate needs offering personalized service to each and every customer!!!!
